During your training, you will learn how to use your body to the best of its ability without worrying if you're going to cause yourself an injury. This will build up your confidence to be able to perform at your best all the time.
You will also learn about Recovery and the different methods you can use, and how important it is to your health and longevity.
We recommend starting with 2 x 1-hour training sessions per/week, this has been proven to provide excellent results for general health purposes.
