  • Shared access to the studio. (3x per/week, 3 people max).
  • A certified personal training coach supervising.
  • Ongoing program monitoring and adjustment by a qualified personal trainer
  • A 5 week training exercise program.

$90 per week including exercise training programs.
$75 per week + $75 per exercise training program

Whether it be Bodybuilding, Fat Loss, Injury Prevention, Pain Management, General Health and Well-being, Increase Strength to get you through your day, or even Posture Correction and Reinforcing we can customise a program to suit your current needs.

During your training, you will learn how to use your body to the best of its ability without worrying if you're going to cause yourself an injury. This will build up your confidence to perform at your best.

You will also learn about Recovery, the different methods you can use, and its importance to your health and longevity.
